Thanks for the tip @Lockenheim! I will make sure to come back to this book later too, it was definitely too much stuff for me right now haha!
The character it's actually a villain from early on in the Tiranny of Dragons campaign, (Frulam Mondath) in my table she is a cultist cleric of Tiamat that was almost killed by one player but managed to run away. She took a knife in the neck and the people of the cult of the dragon made a ritual to turn her in a half-dragon.
My players are expecting her to come back anytime and i'm thinking what i could do to surprise they. She's been following them for a long time, trying to find a chance to get revenge, but they are just too op right now, she know that she would die.
The thing is that she is an opposite of one of the players, who hate dragons with all his might, and he's not being too reasonable with this for some time, so i'm thinking of making her repent for the bad things she done and see how they will react. She has been recruited in a young age to a cult and brainwashed, and now the same cult is looking into ways of getting rid of her, because she has been failing to stop the players for so much time. The player character in question knows this and that it could have been him in her place if he wasn't lucky and he said he dosn't care. She discovered this things just recently, after coming in contact with a corrupted "well of clairyvoiance" that the player's refused to use because it required a sacrifice.
They will probably end up killing her, and it's alright, but it may be cool and i would like to see if the said player really don't care haha. I have plans to what can happen later if they just kill her too. The table likes this kind of stuff haha.
