some cute boy in my down time

study done today
i'm preparing for some slavic inspired work soon

also, i other news, this is my work done for Suzanne Helmigh's novel Caldyra. I will be appearing as one of the guest artists there
I am very happy to be a part of it

I loooove the slavic inspired piece. Everything from the colors, the textures and her beautiful gaze is awesome! Great work on that one.

And congratulations for your work on the novel! The piece looks really good too. t makes for a nice book cover

thank you kindly!
It was a joy to work on both of those

woohoo!
is she a slavic dragon tamer?
lovely sketch

thanks!
Havent rly thought this trough, but i wouldn't say she is a dragon tamer or anything like that, i much rather prefer her being a regular hardworking girl who just happens to have a dragon
Maybe it helps her with work in the field? it would be interesting exploring all that

so work week began, and something new is cooking
I'll keep nibbling at this during the week, in the evenings

working on my child-----

lazy sunday sketching
anyone have an issue coming back to sketches and refining/polishing them? it's occurring more often in my case

I love the colours and how warm the inside of a tree is! Really good!

I'm so happy you like it! <3
it seems ppl are surprisingly drawn to that light inside

Study from couple of nights ago, with a focus on edges and more traditional feel

tho, tbh i was just procrastinating with this instead of going back to work that is pilling up ahah

quick study, under an hour, while watching Portrait artist of the year. I love those videos, it is so very british
but i also like British Cookie Bake off competition, so take my likes with a grain of salt

10 days later

couple of movie stills studies
aiming for colors and mood with these

Awesome art once again! I just love the painterly quality of your work

thank you so much!
well, that's what i enjoy the most  I hope i can start working in oils soon

Wow! your paintings are amazing
