Oh it makes me so happy to hear that! glad you enjoy it
I dont dwell much in lineart, i feel like it's one of my most weakest points, so i got kinda surprised that caught your eye ahaha :flushed:

Couldnt sleep sleep last night, so i decided to sketch a bit older Zelda, and in a more formal portrait
so here's the result of 3am painting
honestly, i'm amazed eyes are somewhat at the same level. my mind was off doing it's own thing ahaha

started sketching out my dnd character last night, and i am so excited about her. She was a librarian, and she embarked on the journey of becoming a fully developed wizard. Hardworking, tall, sweet and somewhat clumsy, she is heading to new adventures!
thumbnailing and trowing ideas about her outfit and gear
i look forward to fleshing her out

sketched out a couple of more of these and i feel like i have my favorite among them

the sketch i decided to go with:

i have discovered ID Maps, and i am in love

Yess! ID maps for the win  Really diggin' how this concept is coming along

ahah they sure make things easier
thank you! i'm having so much fun with these, and there is a lot of stuff i want to try out with this one, it's a mini project

12 days later

a little update on one of the sketches posted earlier in here

little something to relax today

another update from one of the sketches posted sometime ago here
i'm not rly fond of this one tbh, hopefully i feel slightly more refreshed if i keep my distance from it for a bit

moving to a new place tomorrow
using what time i have for some last minute thumbs on this work station
any of these that appeals to you the most?

Generally I like the 1 most, I feel like it's the most balanced and it has a nice mystical atmosphere. But I also like the 4 because I feel like it tells a story and it's a little bit more mysterious. I imagine it with the shadow of someone about to enter, looming on the floor at the center of the composition. Depends on what story you want to tell in the end

I prefer one. it has nice positive and negative shapes. and I like the contrast in tones.
4 is nice too for being more softer with the lights.

but 2 and 3. I like how you broke up the stair case. it's not a straight diagonal stair case.

I feel as well like 1 is more balanced, i just might go with it. But I'll take some time to decide exactly what i want of it.
Thank you so much for your insight!

1 seems to be popular choice here ahaha
Gonna take some time to flesh some ideas for it a bit more and then decide
Thank you for your insight!

Thank you for the insight! i feel like i'm leaning towards no3 as the time passes
could be cool if i could somehow manage both atmospheres, but alas, that will have to come later ahah

little something of something in the work
i dont feel comfortable sharing the whole thing, but i kinda dig this part for now
