welcome @Envaria Those are some great gesture studies! Always good way to warm up ... when it comes to painting, I have one suggestion - stay away from soft brush and textured brushes for now Try to use more hard round or (my favorite) square brush, and master it. It looks way better painted/rendered with those. Keep practicing and enjoy your Art journey!

Thank you! actually everything I posted so far was made with the square brush and just blended. ^^ Thank you for the tips tho!
Good exercises! Loved the 5 min torso practice!
The muscle on skeleton: the deltoids could use a little more volume (just like in the 5 min torso practice you've done). And the pectoralis major could also a bit more more round on the edges.
Good job, @Envaria!I agree with Danilo, the 5min torsos are really good!also make sure to give the trapezius more of a concave line. You did it right in your torso practises though
