Gesture wise, not sure if you are following FORCE principle but if so, make sure you have a (straight-curve) relationship of human parts to show the direction of where that part is facing/going toward. But the line economy looks good. I'm having trouble controlling my line amount in my gesture drawing lol.
Anatomically wise, like the fact that you focus on volume along with your anatomical study. I'm facing the same challenge and focus more on volume atm. Like your anatomy paper notes too btw. May use it in the future lmao.
Schedule wise, it depends on your past experience imo. For me, I'm playing around with an engineering concept called SCRUM which basically allows me to assign task I should in the upcoming 2 weeks and just focused on that. Much like art journey, it depends on your preference and experimentation is required to find the perfect schedule for yourself!
