Hi support folks,

Not sure if this is the right place, but I have been trying to get refunded for Term 1 so I can purchase the full course. I have messaged through both the Support page and Marc's email (via his July promo email) without response, and I want to make sure I can get the exchange done before the end of the month. May I get some help with this, please?
