Honestly, I think that the face looks pretty good. The main things I noticed have actually nothing to do with the face itself! I did a quick paintover with the changes I'd do.
First, the ear seems to be going a bit too low. Normally the top of the ear is aligned with the top of the eyebrows while the bottom is aligned with the bottom of the nose. This is what you did here, but since that her head is tilted down a little, the bottom of the ear would move up a little bit to fit with the new perspective.
Second thing is the hair. Usually I think hiar work better when you divide and define the hair in larger clumps, with just some smaller details to show the detail of the hair, usually at the points where the hair is tighter together (like where it comes off the head). Also I'm not sure if you worked from a reference or not, but I feel like the color of the hair (mostly the highlights) looks way too intense. It can be a cool effect especially against the green of her eyes, but if you're going more realistic I'd probably go with a more muted color for the lighter parts.
Beyond that though, I think you did a solid job. The skin and shading look really nice and I think the face is beautiful (I love the intense green eyes)
