Hi all. I would like to hear some feedback for this. I did decide to take apart art challenge again for long time but again I kinda did not get any likes. So whats wrong with this and am I just so blind for my own work so wont see how shitty it is?

My opinion, just between us
I won't comment on the art this time, but on the subject - first off let me say, I do like seeing your men, it's a quite refreshing perspective But many people (especially straight men) may feel uncomfortable seeing sensual men (I could even go as far as say 'threatened' judging just from the reaction of my male friends). Which means they will scroll away as fast as they can without even looking at the art.
('sensual' women are, on the other hand very common and popular in the art community -_-, but that's for another day)

By that I don't want to say you need to change your subjects - absolutely not! You'll be able to find an audience who will love you exactly for what you do - I know there are other artists like you who did. What I want to say is that it's unlikely this choice of subjects will be widely accepted by the mainstream art community (through no fault of your own).

(Sadly, I would wager that if you did the exact same picture, only with a woman instead of a man, you'd get far more likes.)

Thank you for comment. Yeah I'm sure I keep doing something like this but maybe I try something different for next art challenge . Always just wondering do I make too stylized art and should I go for more cartoon or realistic style. But I guess no one else can tell that. Thanks again .

Anyway I'll say like @Acolet that if it had been a woman you'd probably had more. And that's unfortunate because it's really not shitty (to use your own word)

As a whole I think it's fairly solid with only a few thing that jumps at me. The ''big'' one would be his left arm. I may be wrong, but it doesn't look quite right to me. I've actually tried to correct it in Photoshop, but I failed to arrive at any satisfying result as I can't quite figure out exactly what is bugging me. So maybe someone more competent than me can chime in (or maybe there's actually nothing wrong with it XD).

Other than that I think you really nailed the chest and his right shoulder. The googles looks solid too.

Lastly, the direction you should go is up to you. And if you're unsure you can always look at artists, games, movies or any other form of visual mediums that you really like and try to pinpoint what you enjoy their styles or their general aesthetic. You can then try to aim in a similar direction. At least that's what I did

Yeah now I see also that left arm is little off. Some artist studies might be helpful. I look much art but maybe should try copy that image best I can. Maybe then I get something for my own work. But I think my next coal would be get better with colors. Thanks for feedback
