A couple of things I like:
1) Her pose and expression communicate the character's confidence and attitude really well. Her casually holding the helmet is an especially nice touch.
2) The coloring and shading, for the most part, are well done too! I can almost feel the touch of the different materials, particularly the brown leather outfit.
3) The amount of detail, as I see it, is nicely balanced - not overdesigned, not too simple to be implausible.
One thing that could bear improvement is the lighting/shadows, especially on her face. Right now, it's a bit vague - from the clothing folds, it looks like it's coming from somewhere above, but the shadows on the figure aren't deep enough to communicate its direction or strength confidently. There's also the fact that she's standing in an empty white-ish void, with no indication of the environment or the atmosphere. I'd recommend coming up with a few ideas for the background, and improve the lighting based on the one you choose. Is she standing indoors? Out in the sunshine? Is it day or night? Is there any reflected light or secondary light source? Etc.
Overall though, good job! You clearly know your stuff when it comes to figure drawing. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it!
