Hey!
There are mainly two things that really stand out to me.
1) Ears.
I think you need to get more reference on the ear especially the back view of it, and making the front parts that are meant to go deeper more pronounced and figuring out where the helix is and how it's constructed will bring to model to a more believable state.
2) Cheekbones.
I might be completely wrong tho, but when i look at how little of a cheekbone there is, it make me question if that's gonna be the weakest part of the creature? Coz I can imagine this model opens the mouth wide enough and the eye potentially would have to move forward a bit as the jaw muscle will push it (if we look from the side) idk if i explained well enough that one, sorry
Basically try to imagine what a skull of this creature would look like because atm this eye area looks questionable in terms of function. Maybe there are creatures that have similar eye setup and you could ref their skulls and see how it all works in their case.
Anyway, hope it helps
keep it up
