Hood is a good touch! I would suggest you to make it bigger and with some details like maybe ripped holes for horns and pointy top, something like that!

All weapons are good! I feel like you need to dig into bow idea, it kinda fits with his overall design (with hood and stuff). Tho you could try to make him some long throwing spear(s), it would compliment the length of his whole body!

Dig into that idea and stay cool! \

This is my idea of the final pose, i cant spend more time in the concept because i dont have much time, "centaur breaking the tree"

Also thinking if i have to do the top of the tree or not, the part that is falling down, waiting suggestions .

Hello my friend! Im glad to see you decided to add some good dynamics to your work! You will have to catch a good camera position to enhance the dynamics of this scene!
