So this is just one illustration I had in mind (this is just a rough draft, which is why the skeleton has a cartoony apparance just for now). I really want to portray her on a battlefield àfter the heat of the battle, healing soldiers of the army of Hades (updated her backstory, which you can read in top post).

I am quite happy with the setting of the surroundings and the colour palette; I do have to figure out how you create a more dynamical composition and pose. I also wish to emphasize the fact that she is a healer for the dark side more...

Your choice of colors are great! The environment looks mystical which is good but my suggestion is you can do grayscale thumbnails before you devote yourself to a piece and also you can't feel the interactions between the soldier and your character, maybe you can make your character looking to the wounded soldier. Other than that it is pretty cool. Keep it up!

Love the character and the Greek theme!

I always like green colour for healing for both sides of the coin. For the dark side it'd be Necromancer green.

How does she heal? Does she give her "patients" passage to the underworld only to raise them back up "healed" The necromancer green would work here or purple perhaps.

Does she use sacrifices to fuel her spells --> red or purple.

Wanting and waiting to see what you come up with

I really like the colors so far! I think that the composition might be stronger if you make it so that her head isn’t in the center of the image, since that usually tends to stiffen up the composition. Try using the rule of thirds

Also, it really helps the composition when there is a path leading to the focal point. To do this, I would redraw the cloth on the right in a way that it would make a winding path that points towards her face; for example, it would start in the foreground, and then drag through the water, perhaps zig-zagging a bit to emphasize the scene’s depth, and then point up towards her face.

Lastly, the water texture and strokes can also be used to help convey depth in the piece. If the water strokes are larger closer towards the viewer and smaller as they reach the background, it will really help to enhance the depth.

I think it’s really coming along well, and I seriously am in love with the face design! Can’t wait to see it done

Lovely design so far, and great attitude in her expression!
Of these layouts, 1 would work if you zoomed in more. It's a character challenge so we want to see the character well (how else are we going to see that great face?) #2 also works for this reason. 3 is symmetrical and thus rather static, not as exciting as the others.
Great design and color work so far. Good luck whichever you pick!

Good expression! I like the idea of the flames and singed dress. It gives me the impression that she uses fire as a healing element. I also like the use of the Rod of Asclepius. Maybe you can incorporate more of the snake theme into the design language of here outfit to help push her look further to the dark side. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress.
