Good start on the character design! Her really serious, determined expression in the first post is a really appropriate one for a warrior. In the latest post, she looks less determined and more worried (or maybe just not stern enough.) Don't forget that according to the rules in the FAQ, you have to show at least 80% of your character in the final illo, so don't crop too closely! Good luck and have fun!

Hi! Interesting lighting storytelling.
It looks like she is going against the flow of her army, it breaks your composition quit a bit. You can probably twist the bottom part.

Loving the new pose in the illustration! One thing I'd point out is how it's hard to stay in the composition because she's directly in the middle, while her and her army have strong energy pointing to the right; with nothing on the right pushing back the focus.

I think that this can be corrected by stretching the slightly right side. But I'm not sure about this
