Very nice! Altough there are some stuff i need to mention:
1. I really like the cartoonish style you are using, but that style relies heavily on the linework, and u seemingly struggle with that. My advices for it's improvement are simple: do many sketch layers over and over each other until your lines seem perfect. It helped me a lot back then. My second advice for that is pretty simple: practice a lot. Try connecting dots, with the straightest line possible (without using shift), or trace over some pictures. It's very helpful.
2. There are some places where it's not clear what overlaps what. For example her leg overlaps the boots, but they have their outsides in their insides. Or her left shoulder kinda looks like a misplaced boob. My advice here is: Use stronger shadows on the areas where u want to overlap something. You don't need to think big, i would just use a stronger black line on the main linework where it's not lit by any lights, and that way you wont lose this adorable graphic look of the coloring. Also i have to say it again: Practice. You really just need to find references of clothing, and use it as a base of your character, so u will know how should you actually draw some pieces (like the boots).
3. It's kind of an 'overlap' problem, but if u think it through, in this position there is no way that your character would have a gap between her thighs.
And that's all I really wanted to say. I really like your style, and I would most definitely like to see more of your stuff on the forum. Keep up the good work!
