F, G, and I all have really nice, dynamic poses and silhouettes. Of course, as @tbrk noted, you have to show at least 80% of your character so you'd have to pull the camera out more. But thy are great shots. Still, if you don't want something so active, the dramatic upwards angle of J and E make her look very imposing.

It's a Tough call. I would say E, this proposition carry every elements of the briefing and the orange wave is more, more, mmmmmmmh, more expressive? Each curve offer a possibility of framing.
The slanted rhythm of I is also nice and uncommon, maybe not with a frontal view. G works well too, characters don't interact with each other but the composition gives the impression that they are.

really cool character and I like the idea of the burning map in front of her in your illustration ^-^ - pls check the dimensions of your illustration - one side has to be at least 2048px long to comply with the contest requirements

try to reduce the quality in photoshop a bit (in my case a reduction from quality 12 to 10 changed the size from 5mb to 1 ) - the forum scales the jpg down because its size is bigger than 2.4mb
