I changed the background to a blood-orange to contrast the arms more. Let me know if this is working or if it's too much.

Obviously I still have quite a bit of work to do.

Glad to see you making progress! The orange in the background isn't bad at all. However, you might consider decreasing the contrast back there to really make the character stand out. Right now your area of strongest value contrast are those clouds behind him and it pulls the eye away. In your previous two versions, there was a lot less contrast. Granted no details yet, but it was a lot easier to focus on the character. Still, great character and I really like the green lighting you're starting to pull into his armor. Good luck with the rest of it!

Try to place behind the character more dark objects, for example, as a building on the right side of the canvas. This will enhance the effect of his luminous hands.

I agree with @mengo. Maybe flipping the background is enough. His hands clearly need to be highlighted.

If you're using photoshop, there should be an option to lower the quality of the image when trying to export as a jpg file. If you lower it down to 90-80% you should be fine

Looks nice one suggestion , give a dark multiplied layer gradient from bottom to top. That will give like a focal point to the torso , the leg feels as bright as the body.

Good suggestion @mengo and @innocent! That definitely helped; however, the right side of the image looks a little out of balance now so I'll have to put something else there instead.

Congrats on finishing! Glad you ended up putting some dark stuff behind him to help make the arms pop, and went with the more fiery arms instead of glowing ones. Nice work and good luck!
