All of them are pretty cool, but I think the second one is definately better compositionally. At least from a theoretical standpoint. XD

Wow! Such dynamic thumbnails! I like the most 1st and 2nd. 1st is really epic. But 2nd has got more story. You see her surrounded by enemies and imagine what a battle's going to be Yeah, i think the 2nd evokes more emotions

Thanks. I like 1st and 2nd more too. Considering that some details for storytelling were left unclear in this thumbnails, these two are basically the post fight and pre fight situations. I thought of this contest like an epic battle between different heroes (sort of like the overwatch or league of legends). And i really wanted to give my character at least a slight motivation to fight for the light team. So i figured that her companion animal might get killed by dark forces and her motiv would be vengeance. On the second thumbnail she is defending her companion, while on the 1st she failed to do so and goes berserk against enemies. Also, i really like the perspective thingy going on in the 1st one. But still can't really decide.

So here's the final thumbnail. I've decided to go with the story of second one and composition of first, so combining them gets me best of both thumbnails, i guess. D:

My fav was the first one, view angle, composition and action, see if you can bring than dynamic more to this scene. Amazing work so far! keep on!

I really like the story of the thumbnail, it's a nice heroic classic that i have yet to see in the other contest entries. I can see a lot of potential color palettes that you can use.

Keep up the good work, i hope to see it colored and rendered.

Thanks, classic hero is exactly what i was looking for with this character. Well there's always much potential in color while there is no color yet C:

Really glad that story is visible without actual words, even if the story itself is very simple.

Also, didn't update much recently, so here's what i have right now. Some characters and objects are on separate layers and hidden on this pic. They're gonna show up in next updates i hope.

Tweaked colors and composition a bit. Also completele changed the character pose, because i felt like this dynamic composition needed some dynamic posing.

I love how as I scrolled down, she got closer and closer, haha! Nice. I'd just make the ribbon pull in the focus harder (i.e making the ribbon closer to the camera).
