Yeh, the leg is tangent with both the lower arm and hand. Since it turns just at the same line where the arm also turns. And you can even see the lines of the finger just follow the leg line as well. My suggestion would be to just lasso the arm, place the anchor point in the elbow and turn it slightly. Like I said, this is being nitpicky really. XD But since you're already doing so great, it'd be a shame if you didn't do all you can with a little push.
