wow, This is really good! I really like the design. I am not really sure how would those big arms twist, the beginning is very angular, but I bet it's gonna be awesome at the end.

Rework the junction between the shoulder and the mechanical arm. Make some quick alpha and try to apply them just for testing ^^
Play with cylinder, cube and Zmodeler for making a blocking for a staff ^^

Really awesome work. This is looking really cool. Nice design with nice shapes. Based on the initial colors so far, you can tell she is on the light side. The silhouette read works as well. Keep up the good work man.
