I just saw the slight push-back of the deadline...and I am absolutely ecstatic right now. I ran into some serious technical issues in the re-topo phase - I was looking at (what I thought was) the remaining time and kinda freaking out. I am beyond excited that it looks like I'll still be able to finish!

I'll post an update when I figure out my Marmo scene lighting - should look pretty cool with the candles I hope.

I'm still alive!

I'm racing through the various technical bits, so I haven't been putting together updates like I normally would, but Ezri here is looking smokin'! Grabbed a quick shot from Marmoset in the early texturing stages that I thought was pretty neat. This is the first pass on (and first time trying to make) candles. Messing with the shader effects is a lot of fun!

Still a metric ton of work to do still, but she's hummin' along nicely.

WOOO! Just made it in time - that was a wild ride till the very end! Congrats everyone!

I'll post up some detail breakdowns with additional renders tomorrow. Might look into uploading the actual Marmoset Viewer scene too once I strip out some of the fancy stuff that the scene files can't render.

Alright, time for one last image drop for all the renders that didn't quite make it into the final mix on time. I won't mess with my submission entry post, but I figured I would take the little bit of extra time to give Ezri the proper treatment she deserves.

This project was an absolute blast to work on and I am incredibly grateful for everyone's support and feedback along the way. You guys are simply amazing and I am blown away by shear amount of epic artwork that has gone into this challenge. Well done everyone!

I can't wait to see you all on the battlefield once again next year!
