I decided to go with demon wings on this guy, i just started texturing but heres the low res im working on
pose before wing merge
i have tons to fix on this guy still but i uploaded it to sketchfab to see how it would look like, i also want to make a nice render, might do that in marmoset later!
edit: had to delete the model as i was cleaning my sketchfab x_x
I'm going to have to echo the previous critique, this model is really hard to read. It could really use some different color zones, simplification and lightening/darkening. I did a quick paintover to show how it can help make him look more readable:

I've been really busy with RL stuff lately but ill start posting up here again!
Before i do a huge color change as alemja suggest im just testing the overall hue to decide which color the main texture should be like. Still go LOTS to do!im uploading via the site uploader..hope it works.
changed my mind on this one...i prefer this Hue, but i think im gonna do a mix of both!
Im searching for the proper mood! what do you guys think?
BTW im gonna tone down the emissive, way too high right now haha

Small update on this guy ! still trying to make everything fit, also made the back and the wings seem more natural and fitting
i wasnt satisfied with the wings so i revamped em a bit!
