I like how it's a semi stylised, limited color palette + accented edges and white dirt/rubbles on ground, it reads very well from distance.

However, if you want to make feeling it's a energy used for electricity, perhaps you could use wires/transmission towers or any device related to transmit high current, as on your sketch the blue energy looks like a river

mmm, I don't know, was very challenging to upload that tiny sector, I model the whole city not having it to account for "game ready" assets

Sketchfab users often upload 3d scans, so I think it can handle fairly big scene.
