Some more. Did demons this time. I also added the three i drew recently for comaprison :).
Doing some varietions on this one. As you can see the hands and some other places are yet to be rendered so they're still in progress. Pretty happy so far :).
I like design 3 the most. I recommend combining the wings from design 1(the one on the left) with the body of design 3(right design) You might be able to keep a tail as well. Nice work so far. Love the colors. Might have to steal them for my next character or creature lol.

Hey there :D. Welcome to Cubebrush and thanks for the nice comment! Much appreciated. I'm not sure what i'm going to paint next but i'll definately make some more dragons in the future. They're actually my favorite subject to paint. Keep an eye out for that :D.

What do you think @malcom ? Tried to do what you suggested with the horns. I like the version on the left. I feel like this could be his final form. He killed too many enemies or absorberd too many skulls and as a result his horns are huge. As for the third itteration i was thinking that this guy was born straight out of a volcano or something. Or maybe he's also powered up but each one grows differently. Also added the forth version on the latest demon ^^.
First let me say wow. My jaw dropped. Wish you could've seen it lol.Huge smile on my face to see these awesome designs. Let me tackle the demons on the bottom first. The 4th iteration is awesome. Not sure what to add unfortunately. Colors are great. The silhouette is great. I think it would make a sub/boss battle. The last iteration you can try if you want is the wings from design 2 and body of design 3. Matter a fact, you have so many cool versions that are interchangeable, you have a bunch of variations you can do now. I think your doing great on this. Nothing to add. You can stick with the new iteration, polish it up an go from there if you want.
Now for the BIG DEMON...again just amazing. They're all so great it makes it hard to choose which one I like best. Which of course is a good thing. The protruding horns in design 1(left design) look epic. His face just tells the story of a creature who has powered up too much. Maybe it had too much fire/lava or killed to many enemies like you described. Design 3(Right design) is also really epic. He is a walking Volcano . The lava spilling out his mouth just works so well. The original in the middle is still really cool. It really is hard to say I like one over the other. The one on the left being a final form feels like it could work. But I like the idea of having 2 different forms or evolution's. In a game, this battle can be done in so many ways. Maybe you fight 2 of the middle guy and each becomes a different evolution after defeating their first forms. Who knows. Just my thoughts. Again amazing work. If I had to mention a few things. If there wasn't an evolution thing going on, I like the pants and face of the middle design but I also like how in the right design, some of the horns get darker like the horns on his face. It has a burnt feel which I like. Same goes for the arms. But again the protruding horns from the left design are really cool to me as well. I think they all stand on there own really well. Look forwards as always to the next updates. Your doing well. Keep it up.
I really like the first one ( talking about the first picture ) . He looks very mighty and the shape of the big horns are really sexy ! What if you put some darker part like in the 3rd one ? The 3rd one is also super cool, he has more expression on his face in my opinion.
The winged demon is also super cool , I really like the colors <3 Your rendering is really good , this is very pleasant to see .

@malcom Thanks for the awesome comment! The idea of fighting two volcano dudes in a video game while having them transform into a different version sounds so awesome! I wish i could see that xP .Great feedback overall thanks for that :). I went ahead and did some more this time trying to make each form stronger than the other. What do you think?
Really epic stuff here. The evolution's work really well. A raid boss battle would be so epic.
Lvl 4 I mean Drunk with power. I'm kind of liking it with no limbs. It gives a feel of a flying creature raining fire from above. For the boos battle the idea is to weaken it by attacking its wings or his face. When is comes from above to grab you/come to eat you; dodge and let it hurt itself. While its unable to move, you keep attacking into it gets back up. Each time you do this, it does a different kind of fire attack you have to dodge. If I was a game designer that's how I would pitch the idea but i'm not so don't listen to me lolLet me get back to work. Hopefully I can make some epic work as well. Inspiring stuff.

I really like those evolution, and the concept of evolving monsters. Please do more of them, so I gotta catch'em all =D
