As I promissed here is the finished artwork. I have posted the step-by-step workflow of this illustration yesterday ( https://forums.cubebrush.co/t/my-baby-steps-on-a-journey-exploring-a-world-in-my-head-personal-comic-book-project/5815 )
I'll keep posting my illustrations with progress pics and sketches  Hope you will like them.

So... let me introduce you the "First Step" of a newborn warrior.

Wow! Loving the atmosphere and colours here!

Thank you so much! It was a bit tricky to create that atmosphere because I have imagined this scene in pure B&W with no values at the first time. But Im glad you think it turned out well

Will you be drawing a scene for your story soon?

For sure. I'm already working on the next picture. It's something like a "breakout scene". And I have drawn a few b&w sketchbook pages with scenes too... So it's in the progress. I'll keep posting my WIP and finished pieces here for you guys  ... Just to tease you before I will be able to put together an issue or something like that

Nice!
I've written a plot for my own comic that I'll be drawing in the future! So proud of it. ^^
Just practising drawing styles before I actually begin.

Woah! It came out really, really well. That color palette is pretty cool.

It's soo good to hear you are making some comic book stuff! Glad you have a wision and try to create it!
But if I could give you only one advice... Dont wait. Dont practice the style. The sty will evolve in the making process. Even the bigest names have some kind of change and evolution in their style. Its not a shame to start with a bit rough style. The whole process has to be about you enjoying creating worlds... So start your comic book and you will get better every day. And believe me you will progress much faster in the making of your dream (comic book) and learn much more about your style, than wait and do only boring stuff as a practice.
Start it today  And share your journey with us!

Thank you so much!
Yes Im pretty happy with the color palette. Im glad I was courage enough to take a step back (actually it was a lot of steps  ) , redesign a few things and build it up again. It was somekind of a "step out of your comfort zone" situation for me. I always got enoyed and angry when one of my artworks turned out to go into a bad direction... But I think I just had to understand that there is no bad artwork with wasted time invested into it... You just make bad decisions... but if you take it as a lesson and learn from it, you are able to rebuild your artwork using the knowledge you got from that "bad decision"

Thank you so much!!
It's indeed the changes I'm afraid of. :o
I'll work on it soon then. Thank you again. ^^
