I did some helmet studies and then a couple sketches from imagination based on my studies to start to try and understand/ remmeber what I was doing. Taking notes while sketching to keep my mind engaged.

Hey guys, it's been a while. Sorry about that. Still studying and practicing many things, but lots were done in my sketchbook and I haven't had the chance to scan.

reference, memory, find mistakes

imagination, lacking character but not hideous so that's a start I guess?

study from life, then I imagine what would happen if I rotated the light source, then I correct my imagination

Need to find a way to push shapes and ideas more. Feel like I'm not pushing the design enough.

Trying to get a rhythm for rendering. I'll admit that line comes much more easily for me.

Bandit Brothers sketch. Thinking about pushing it forward but still working out design. Not sure if I'll do a nice line drawing or a full rendering, but I'm leaning more towards rendering simply because it's what I'm practicing right now.
