10 months later

Hi guys, so glad to be back. It has been a couple tough months for me, and I almost had no time to draw. But now, I want to focus on my ArtSchool progress, and I think the best way is to reset the program, and do all the exercises from each term. I also loosly follow the Weekly Study Companion Guide as I find some of the exercises in the list are very interesting.

Anyway, here are my Pen Control exercises (term 1). I have done these exercises daily, and this is the latest.

Other exercises from Photoshop for Digital Production 1

Daily pen control exercises, day 6! I used Photoshop default hard brush for these exercises, might try Marc's lineart brushes next week. Have a nice weekend everyone!

Hope you're doing better! Good to see you're still grinding it out!

Review of this week!

Term 1 - Nude Figure Drawing - Assignment 1-4:
Line of Action practice

Cylinders, lots of cylinders!

Simple skeletons on reference photos, also another Line of Action practice!

Building simple figures with stick figures & cylinders. I drew the constructions on the reference photos first, then tried to redraw them from observation.

Also, I still do daily Pen Control exercises, this is the latest one, done this morning.

I also spent sometime painting some casual game objects to put in my portfolio. X-Mas is around the corner, so...

That's all for this week! Constructive criticism are always welcome, thank you. Have a nice week guys!

These Christmas objects take me back. It's awesome to see you're coming back with bangers

Term 1 - Assignment 5! I did it 3 times. The first one was drawing along the video.

The second time was drawing from memory, but I rewatched the video whenever I forgot something.

And the final one was completely from the memory.

My latest pen control exercises, still doing them daily.

Also, I completed the X-Mas-themed casual game props for my portfolio, just in time for Christmas!

That's all for now! Merry Christmas everyone!

The props are really cute! Also blown away by your pen-control, those cubes and spheres are tight as heck!
