I painted my elf and reindeer piece. Here's the grayscale.

Here are some colors. I wanted to add a blue tint to the background.

I also added a light source with the lantern.

I forgot to add her eye color. And while I was at it, I added some snow in the foreground and background. It looks pretty cool. Holly leads Prancer through the forest as flurries fall from the trees. This is my last piece for the year. I like this so far.

I sketched the Wicked Witch of the West and a rough idea of the Wicked Witch of the East from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The one from the movie is completely different from the one in the book. In the book, she has an eyepatch and uses an umbrella.

Here's my take on the Ice Warden. One of the images reminded me of the iron throne from A Game Of Thrones and my idea is that she guards the northernmost part of the country.
The throne is made of weapons of warriors who tried to invade her territory and failed. The unicorn is her emblem.
I was also inspired by The Snow Queen and Oliver Maria Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist.

I did a quick sketch involving Agent Venom against a giant centipede.

This is the last one from Frostbite Tales - Winter Challenge Blood Snow. My idea is the Ice Warden's sister, Rose Red. She can also freeze blood and turn it into ice or snow.

I did some 10-minute gesture drawings. I had some extra time when drawing them and I came up with some rough ideas for the sketches.
The first one, a Mayan warrior comes to mind, so I gave her a headdress.

The second one is a detective finding a living severed head that's freshly eaten.

Here's a work in progress of my Fae Character. I've thought of giving him blue skin. I need to work on the background and the rabbits.

Some monster sketches of a Dryad and a Cyclops. For one of the assignments.
Using a pen tool with color/gradient fill(shapes), create a simple robot/alien/monster character to be used in a 2D game.

I tried to simplify the design as best I could with a pen and color tool. It took much longer than expected. Maybe I should simplify the designs more.

More progress on the faerie. I just want to get the colors and shading right.
