King Midas' Suicide

So i decided to go with this one because of the double meaning and the mithologic backgrond, tell me what do you think, i may develop some of the other ones just for fun

@hermidraws @malcom Thanks , i didnt expect those two to be so liked, i will for sure try to do them.
2 was about occult and special knowledge as treasure, in fact the book is the Greater key of Solomon, a very very rare book in fact, ive been trying to buy it for a long time and it cant just be found.
4 was more about the beast guarding the treasure, and the only way to defeat it is with the rusted sword , thats why it takes so much care of it and also why it stands in top of a pile of bodies

I'm a bit late on this, but I really dig the lady with the snake-like bone lower half, the creepy little girl with scissors and the last drawing with the demon fighting with the griffon creature.

As for your other stuff, I really enjoy the zombie girl at the beginningof the thread and Midas' suicide. Dvlcis Daemonia Trino is also very nice, especially since it was one of your first oil painting.

Anyway, keep up the good work and congratulations on winning that contest you talked about earlier!

Hey man! Thank you very much, for the sketches, the littlegirl and the baroque-dantesque scene are my favorites.
From the oilpaintings, i do like Dvcis Daemonia's Trino, i have done more stuff but since I rarely get any kind of fluent feedback I dont know if people is interested on that.

hey there @luckyyy , glad you like it, as you can see im delivering this as promised, about the nose ... yes it bothers me too. hahah im trying to fix it while keeping the perspective .
about the image.. im not sure about the colors and values... i posted it in the art critique section to see if someone can spot something i cannot.

Hm, I'm not that good at values myself, but I think yours are pretty good. I think the edges of the head and the bird dissapear a bit into the background. I'm really liking the rendering of the fur and the lighting coming from the book though =)

For the birds and the head , i meant them to fade into the backgrounds because later on ill be adding some red ramifications like in this study i did a while ago
