I cannot login on to my account. I created this account using my FB just so I can write this forum. Every time I try, it say "Login credentials failed". I then sent sent a forgot password to my email. I receive it and then click on the link to 'change my password' type a new password and it says 'account not found'. I applied to open a store a few days ago, it was approved and ever since it has not been able to allow me to login. I went under open a store again and this time i tried sign up with to see what happens and it says the my email is in a blacklist. I contacted the support email, the contact us 'drop us a line', the hello@cubebrush.co and even on Facebook and still no response. Do I need legal to get involved? I feel robbed.
