Nice! I like the cultural mood here. His right eye is a bit weird looking thought you need to fix it, theres a black dot that comes out of the lower eyelid which makes it look a bit off. His face is more desaturated than the rest of the painting so maybe try darkening areas like under his nose, the lip line, even go as dark as a black color. Also the shading on his head scarf are very rough looking so I'd suggest go in and smooth them out? good luck.

Looking good, but I'm thinking the dark shadows under his chin and by the ears are too black? I think they should be lightly lighter than the background black. The light parts aren't bright enough to throw that dark of shadows.
