Incorrect Email on Account

Hello,

I have put in multiple support emails. But never get a response! And really need help.
I have purchased the non feedback Art School package. Which I am happy about. So I have no issue with that. However I have done something stupid regarding my email thats registered.

So I was trying to figure out how to change my name on the forum, so its not my email address. But while trying different things, I changed my email. I think I accepted the change on my email address thinking it was related to my name change potentially? But I cant change it back to my actual email, as it wants me to confirm that email change by going to the email address that does not exist. If this makes sense?

Is anyone able to help with this? As I never get any response from support.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand your question. So you've changed your email address thinking that would change your forum username and now would like your account linked to your previous email address?
Usernames cannot be changed by forum users, because a username is linked to several parts of your account. Moderators can change them for you if you want yours changed, however. : )

Yes what you have said is what I want. To link back to my previous address.

Although the situation around me actually messing up my email, is only really a guess. As for the past 3 months I have been trying to login to my account. But it kept saying my email was incorrect. And then I realised that I had somehow changed it so its missing one of the numbers.

The only way I have been able to get to my lessons, is because the email that was sent to me has a link. Is there anyway that I can change my email back to the email address it was when I purchased the lessons?

Hmm, I'm not familiar with what you're describing. If you can tell me via PM when you first sent Help Desk an email under what name and social media, I can see who can help you further with this issue.
Please keep in mind the different time zones and the weekends.
