Hey everyone,
I'm jp, and I'm a 3D art student from finland. I'm kind of a jack of all trades because I'm interested in pretty much everything. In addition to 3D modeling, I do 2D art and game dev stuff (programming, design). Hoping to find a way in the future to make a living doing all of these things.
I'm also really bad at keeping active on forums, but I'm trying to improve!

Congrats on the job, that must be very affirming for you! I've noticed you are also doing a nice job of moderating, answering a lot of questions on the Art war challenge, for example. I've got a little question myself though. I've been trying to post fairly often on updates to my 2D concept and have asked for feedback, but have gotten no comments at all. This has been a little discouraging, and as I'm new to this, a little feedback would be so useful in helping me improve and go forward with my final piece. Is my work so bad no one wants to say so? I wish someone would so I'd know. I'm deciding if I should take a course in CG, and if I lack the talent or whatever, I'd certainly like to save the money! lol. I don't want to beg for comments or have pity comments, I'd like it if people would want to, but can you give me a clue as to why I might not be getting any? Thanks!

Greetings friends! My name is Keisha, I am Polish living in Canada, I'm 23 years old and have been drawing since I was a very small child living in Poland. I was greatly inspired by Disney movies which I obsessed over and began to draw similar characters, till this day my style resembles the Disney look but I'm trying to break out of my comfort zone! I paint fantasy and nature, I draw portraits and characters, and my ultimate favourite form of drawing is digitally. This is my first time ever on a forum, but I hope to be active and socialize more with people who have the same passions as I do. May you all have a lovely day! Thank you

Hello everyone my name is Kwenela Tubbs. I have been drawing and illustrating both traditionally and digitally for some time now but I have decided to really put all of my main focus on my art and work and get a little more exposure. I like to draw anything and my comics and illustrations can be found here at my website: artofkwenela.ink. Please also feel free to shoot me a line anytime. I am free to answer any questions about what I can. I look forward to looking at everyone's work here.

HI, I'm also not great at the social points of the business, but it's apparently a very important part of it all. I hope things go well for you. I'm considering starting a concept art course soon, but with my not great health and not much encouragement I still haven't decided if I should. Nice to meet you! It looks, from your page, that you are doing really well with your projects and school, I like your style.

Thanks, glad you like my work, I would really like post a bit more frequently but with university its tricky to keep up with social media. I would really recommend doing an art related course if you have the opportunity because it helps to develop your work plus you will doing art/drawing/painting etc. more frequently which is fun and good practice. I really like some of your designs that you have posted, keep up the good work :grinning:

Hey everyone. 25 years old. Finally going to stop lurking and try to be proactive in communicating with other artists. Also Canadian

Hi, my name is Igor and I'm an artist for almost all my life. I have recently started 3D modeling and honestly, I like it better (even though I'm 'rocking' just 4Gb of ram and a fifth series i5 cpu). I am looking forward to starting uni next year a get me a degree that'll land me a nice job. Looking forward to meeting all of you,

Cheers

Hey guys!
My name is Robert, though I also use 'Van', based on my oldest original character, Van S* Dream.

I'm a hobbyist learning the fundamentals of art in-between taking care of my mother. Been drawing on and off since I could hold a pencil, and taking it a bit more seriously within the last few years.

Really hoping to use this platform to push myself to the next level, and meet fellow art lovers as well! Thanks again for having me!

Hi everyone, I'm Katie from Australia. I've been drawing on and off all my life, and have had moments of "serious art time" here and there, but also had long periods of break as well. Now I've refocused my energy back onto art full time and am striving to become a concept artist/illustrator. My ultimate dream is to publish my own comic books.

I like fantasy, semi-realism and story telling.

Currently doing both traditional and digital art, although more digital right now. You can check out some of my stuff at http://katiewangart.com

I'm mostly self-taught. I've attended classes at CGMA (Intro to Perspective, Character Design for Film, Dynamic Sketching 1 & 2), Schoolism (Intro to Character Design) and Concept Design Academy in Pasadena LA. But other then that not in school right now and need to save up to attend more online classes. It's hard to get the right kind of education where I live in Australia.

Hi everyone! I've been on Cubebrush for a few weeks and I'm already loving this community! I've been drawing for years already and is mostly focused on 2D/illustration, but I've been freelancing as a graphic designer mostly. I hope to improve more in my art and to someday pursue a creative career. I look forward to meet and befriend talented people here! ^^

Hello Cubebrush! I'm Jack, from London, UK.

I've decided to engage with the community rather than lurk and watch everything, like I usually do. I want to learn as much as possible!

I'm an illustrator and storyboard artist and I'm currently waist deep into making a switch into 3D art - with a focus on game environments - to satisfy my insane addiction to world building and attention to detail. Say 'hi' to me on twitter! I'll mostly be babbling about Overwatch!

Welcome all newcomers. Hope you enjoy your stay an can level up with use all together. :grinning:

Hi people!

My name is Amos and I'm a self-taught 17yr old artist living in Maryland. I have been denied art school so my goal is to persevere and make it as an artist a different way.

I hope to become sufficient as a painter and designer overall so I can apply it into any field i desire in the new future. My goal here is to learn from all of you guys and maybe make a couple friends. And to do just that here's my discord to anyone who may want to the same, Amos #9405.

Hi, graphic designer from Turkey here, I go by as "The Irregular Taste Bud" and am working my way through game development and most commonly known graphic design areas of expertise such as corporate designs and 3d modeling/texturing. I hope to learn with and from others as I share my own work at times.
