Howdy yall, I'm Jack (DuckRage is my art name because i like angry ducks) and I'm just starting my journey with the art school Term 1 today looking forward to topping it off with Term 10 in the future

I never took up art as i was always told in school some people could either do it or they couldnt and i was someone who would never be able to learn but yeah a few years ago my wife pushed me to practice and it turns out from where i was 20 years ago to where i am now theres a world of difference and it was just practice haha

I'm really looking forward to seeing my progress by following this course, see all of yalls work and getting some feedback on my work

Just finished the image adjustment assignment, room for improvement but dont think i was far off with it

So this is the combining image assignment for week 2, i thought about doing some sort of fancy castley lake house thing like in the video but instead opted to do the windows background with some game characters

So had to stop start this but ended up restarting this month and im currently on Week 3 of term 1. Struggling to fit in the daily practice lessons but currently im managing to get in the deliberate observation, gesture drawing and the line art studies

Drawing without the pen stablization makes things more challenging but im definitely seeing a difference
