Well here it goes. This will be my journal of sorts. Haven't been on cubebrush in a while. Went off and got a job as a graphic designer for about a year, but it just isn't enough. I'm going to keep working at my concept art and illustration eventually get good enough to take it on as a profession! C+C welcome!

This is my first piece I wanna share. This thing took forever just because of the full time job and stuff. Still so much I wanna do with it, but I just need to leave it alone for now and move on to other stuff.

Thank you! Yeah it's just not doing it for me. The money is there and everything but it just isn't what I wanna do lol

So a thing I notice is that you're a bit inconsistent with lines - at the top they're fatter and darker, at the bottom (hands) they're really fine and scribbly. It kind of breaks the style in two.
Then for the big guy - I think his nose perspective is a bit off, I'd expect his nose to point more downwards since his face is turned down.
Lastly, I think you wanted to achieve an electrical look for the pink, but it looks a little more like liquid. You could make the pink lighter and add more glow I think.

I appreciate the feedback! Yeah I definitely agree with the points you made. I'm going to go in and fine tune it, my problem was that I just ended up spending so much time on it, got frustrated and just left it as is lol.. Anyway thanks again :smile:
