1/10 of the lineart studies. I may go back to these later and render them. The rendering just looks really time consuming to me at the moment and I don't feel like that's where my time is best spent. At this point for me, it's more beneficial to understand the construction of the figure and how to draw the clothing over that first.

Ron Lemen's armature serves as a good base for these I think. It's pretty quick to lay in.

That's very nice work on the muscle drawings. The colors work pretty well. The clothing studies look pretty good. The line work is impressive, and using armature is a good idea.

Your thread is fire, would you mind if I provided links to some of your gesture studies and pose studies to people in the critique section for reference some time? Nice to see some other studies from tenten's book, I have it out right now lol.

I love your cloth/fold studies, they look really good. What did you think of the the Famous Artists Course and Aaron Blaise's costumed figure course, would you recommend it?

Aaron Blaise’s courses are ok if you can get a discount. The value I get from them is drawing along with him while he explains the material. My favourites from him are his animal drawing courses. Most are on discount these days so you can pick them up fairly cheap.

I’m always using a variety of learning resources and revisiting the material I have learned. You can only learn so much from one source and need a lot of repetition for the lessons to sink in. Marc’s course here for example has been great for keeping me on track with the term structure, but I still look for other lessons I can pick up from other professional artists that I can squeeze into the structure.
