Welcome to the forums.
As mentioned before, you can get an anti-fouling glove to help reduce friction between your hand and the tablet.
I'll also suggest working on line confidence, as your lines are slightly wobbly. Now as a beginner that's completely normal, but some good habits to form early on is ghosting your lines. Its where you hover over the tablet (or paper) without letting the pen touch the surface to have some 'practice' runs before making the line. And another thing is to use your whole arm to execute the stroke, and do so in one quick, fluid motion.
Once again, welcome to the forums and good luck!
