Welcome aboard mate! Looking good so far, and I like that piece you shared.
Only things I notice so far are the scratchy lines, I recommend to avoid as much as possible, as an exercise to improve, purposeful is a whole other story ofcourse. The other thing is the cylinders, maybe you might feel it's a waste of time, but I recommend to make the cylinders a bit better, don't rush them, they are super useful and help you constantly imagine everything is truly 3D, as you want to draw from imagination, 3D construction is basically the most important fundamental - at least I think so, I'm still a noob XD. Also, be more careful with thorax and pelvis placement, some seem a bit off like the dude sitting down and the last three people
