Thanks guys, much appreciated!
Today fails
Duuude! Love your line work! Super interesting to look at!
Thank you Mulcimer!
Today’s studies and few cyberdogs
The Cyberdogs kinda remind me of horizon zero dawn.
Biggest inspiration for this (or a lot of stuff that i do xD) is Vitaly Bulgarov's work, for cyberdogs specifically it is Atom Eater, check it out here http://www.bulgarov.com/atom-eater.html
Today's lunch sketch
There work is badass. I've seen the robocop stuff before but not everything else. Thanks for sharing.
Another lunch sketch! And some skull studies
Beautiful, I love how fluid your sketches are! Even in the cyberdogs, I can feel that sweet movement, great work!
I also love the fluidity of your sketches! It's really amazing to me. It gives everything a lot of life.
Thanks so much Acelot and cedricgo! Really appreciate it. Movement and flow is something that speaks the most to me, so I try to convey it as much as I can, I am glad it shows :)!
More wolves on the way, also did modeling/designing session for a robotic head, kind of want to start drawing lines between 2d head studies and transfer some of the knowledge in 3d, lets see where we get.
Those sketches feel really alive, do you use any particular source for the study images or just googleing it?
@juanreina654 I find pinterest way better compared to google so I mostly use that. For wolf for example i would just search 'wolf' and fish for good ref. And if it is a really good one I would save it and have it for later For quick gestures I watched documentaries on youtube and just sketch along. Even if resolution is really bad it is still good for gestures!
Todays wolf head
thanks for share
i effing love your lines on those wolfs! that gesture is amazing, and it reads sooo well, amazing work! is this sketching for the sketching purpose only or do you have a project with wolfs planned? just curious
@dzeljka thank you! For now just sketching! I try to have multiple days of same topic, feels better for learning.
Liking the robot sketches you have. The Dog anatomy looking great as well. The cyborg dog concept on top is cool as well. Would love to see how you would make it in 3D. Keep up the good work
@malcom thank you! Might do it sometime in 3D, should be fun
More animal sketching from last 2 daysSwitching to hard round brush with no shape dynamics etc. with the last one, feels hard but super rewarding!
Some human head and gorilla studies
Nice
