Hello everyone! I like to dream of the fantastical and the mysterious, thus I am LunarWanderer!
I don't really have any skills relating to art, maybe just know some fundamentals from back in school. I have tried learning how to draw before but always found my inability frustrating to the point that I stopped before I could see any meaningful progress. At the end of April, I started another attempt and have been practising almost daily since.
As my tool of choice, I'm going to be using Krita (because I heavily dislike software subscription).
But now to the juicy bits: my crap drawings and some that are a little better!
These are my first attempts at drawing figures at the end of April:
I then found more YouTube videos about how I can improve and started taking notes about which areas needed improvement. Here is one from 2 weeks ago (Left is without reference, right is traced on top of a photograph):
Shortly after I started Art School and have been working myself through nude figure drawing since then. This is from yesterday:
