Ok, I can't fail again. Work is sinking a lot of energy but need to get through this. Some studies from some other amazing manga artists out there!

Hey! Glad to see that you're back!

You shouldn't push yourself too hard. Even ten minutes a day can make a great difference, think of it as brushing your teeth  If you force yourself too much, you can start to dislike it, and that'll make things even harder!

First time doing digital illustrations! can't believe this takes so many hours to finish even from reference. Done Julis from Aterisk, hope you like it and also C&C are more than welcome so I can improve!

Hello! I see that you're enjoying drawing these stylised characters, but I think it'd help a lot if you put a little time into studying real faces and heads! This way, you'll understand what these simplified lines represent better, and it would give you more liberty to place them around, as you'd understand the head more! Anyway, good job so far!

So... I've been drawing in a daily basis in the last 15 days. Mostly figure drawings and still life and using New Masters Academy to study everyday. Looking forward to get critiques, would really really appreciate them!

Will start to post my progress here, I'll start with this 10 min figure drawing practice:

Hello! It is nice to see that you're back to drawing.

As for critique, I don't think there is need for that at the moment. However, I can guide you as to what you're lacking at the moment!

Ok so, the things that I like about your srketches so far are that they are organic, and you're not afraid of using bold lines. There are also few chicken scratching lines, which is always a plus. I think your technique is a bit too rough though--I understand that these are sketches, however, you should take your time while doing practice!

Figure drawings are very good to learn, but I also think you need to delve a bit into anatomy to get an understanding of how things are put together. That way, you can create the shapes accurately, and can correct things that seem off. Either way, as a last comment, I think you need more (?) sketches per day to effectively progress. Any amount is good though!

Great work so far!
