Hey Mike, great work so far.
getting some pretty good likeness on those photo studies. One thing I might look at a bit more is your values. It's important to pay attention to the lighting and form and how it makes your values group to make an object seem 3D. If you like I could do a quick paintover to demonstrate. what I mean.

Great rendering on the portrait! Her teeth need to be reworked though. I would suggest to make the two front teeth closer in size, and more squarish (if that makes sense). Also her camera left eye needs to be squinting a bit (it's a natural muscle movement when we smile).
Lastly I think her lip tone should be lighter. Sorry if I went overboard. Great work!
