I have a mac so theres a thing called screen time tho i doubt its accuracy sometimes LOL but seeing as i only track it roughly and for fun i simply check when my file was created and flip through the hours of app usage in screen time. that only works if i work on one thing at once, otherwise if im serious about it i'd use an excel sheet to be a bit more precise.
