I don't know much about your characters, but I like the incorporation of the lime patterns on her at the the center and on the shoulder pads of her outfit in some of your iterations. They help to maintain my attention on the main parts of your overall design, like her upper torso, face, etc.
I like the second design too, since I feel that she is going to look really interesting when she moves as the hair and coat tails move with her.
I also like the fourth design as well because, for me personally, I like characters that wear ponchos. I can see it being an alternate variant if your character wanted to change clothes or use the poncho as a hoody for a rainy day.
