im back :3

Drew a bit less recently since ive been plotbuiilding more lol first time drawing since my last post which was apparently 4 days ago..

so attempting to color the face was a fail cus idk how to do hard shading or where specifically to do what lol gonna need to come back to that later... onto the "easier" stuff lol - drawing the facial features and the body.

Did the first round of animating for the facial features.

and first 2 frames of the body - which if i do say so myself, looks kinda nice :3 well at least i kinda like it :3

Tried out drawing someone older (as you can probably tell from my initial art in my very first post i dont draw old ppl lol):

Random girl lol (idk why but she looks like fiona from shrek LMAOOO)

Gave that shading another try.. this time with marc's shaded drawing on the hw assignment as a reference

Added some more on the animation....

aaa im tired of drawing these bland colorless drawings XDDDDD might draw something fancy soon.. idk. practice is always kind of bland lol but its necessary :3

Thanks @qdominois not sure when thats gonna be tho since i've said to myself, for good practice, imma finish at least this first rotation - even if i don't do anything more with the other rotations XD so that might be a bit lol

Tried practicing perspective today.. the changing of v points for some reason is very hard for me lool

3 Point perspective gate WIP:

Created some designs for these Rabbit ppl i have in my world - they are side characters but figured it'd be cool to have rabbit ppl guards to guard this gate

I reallly like the row of bunny ppl sitting up there. they look SO cool

Worked on the perspective piece today...

Issue is... they look cool during the sketch but they don't look cool after i color em...... i dont know how to paint things that are small and far away.. may consider drawing em big then shrinking em down... anyone have any tips on how to draw small faraway characters?

Hey =) For the perspective practice, I noticed some errors (I think, it's a bit hard to see the construction in your give).

As a general note, when rotating an object the vanishing points will stay on a line that's perpendicular to the axis of rotation, regards of if you are rotating the object horizontally or vertically. They also won't move with the same speed, moving faster the further away they are from the center.

That being said, the gif still looks quite convincing.

That is kind of hard to visualize (i hear math-like terms and my brain just refuses to process lmao) XD i should probably watch Marc's video again but i will keep that in mind and think about it some more

Can't draw a fancy building for the life of me lmao... RIP
but apparently making designs with the symmetry tool just looks good lol

WIP on my fancy perspective drawing... Still rly like the bunny people.. imma draw them big then shrink em down small. tried that with the bunny girl in my last post and it actually looks rather decent.

It looks like interesting, I think full of the characters on the high towner would be a great artwork!
But I think the perspective of little tower in right side seem wrong? I'm not sure.

and yes the perspective is a little weird but its not the full pic only like less than half of it.. but none the less i still gotta make the persp better lol

i think i figured out whats wrong with it.. since we are looking at it more from below, the bottom of some of the parts, esp the top piece should show more(?)

Also me: Ends up with fantasy/steampunk buildings

Yes, I think it looks better.
But I noticed another thing that if you are farther from eye level, the more surfaces you can see.
Like the bottom of bridge, and the bottom of towner.
Now all the bottom of surfaces look the same.
I'm not sure again.

haha its not a bridge tho. the buildings are inside this dome like barrier and the thing the rabbit ppl are sitting on is this thing around the outside of the dome

I also want to put all of my characters on one sence when I have so many characters, But now is too early to say that.

Looool not really i like cats more XD but they fit into the worldbuilding of this setting so thats why i put them here. this setting is a place called Sunnyside down in my story.
It's a place between the digital and physical world, sort of, and the bunny people guard this place on the digital world (Zionix) side.

I have a lot of different species in my story like normal physical world (Atlantis = Futuristic Earth - 3050) humans, from the digital world of Zionix there are many species such as cat people, mouse people (Raigor), rabbit ppl (Ramira), mer-shark people, harpies, etc, as well as normal coded beings and code born beings.

These buildings in the back are beacons that store a server/internet connection's data. im thinking of designing a few building shapes for that and just reusing those so i may redo the buildings since they dont look scifi enough - or maybe eventually i won't care and get lazy and leave it as is lmao XD
