That's a super cool room, I love the storytelling it has! :smiley: Also your gestures improved a lot as I scrolled through your journey, keep up the great work! :smile:

@snakker
Yeah we never know... or will we? 👀😂

@mitsuki-youko
Thank you 🙏 I'm very glad you like it 😄

@gellenvera
Man it's amazing to hear that 🥳
Bc they're so repetitive that it's kinda hard sometimes to keep up with them xP But at least it pays off 😁

For the room, I've noticed there was a mistake, so I changed it, bc it bothered me haha
Here goes the new version:

And some exercises of the last few days ^^

I like your cubes the composition ended up being quite interesting

I can imagine them being a lot of things, maybe someone hiding behind the tall rectangular one while a star destroyer is flying above and a patrol of speeder troopers is coming from way back in some star wars universe story

cheers!

I made some exercises to prepare for the anatomy lesson, and it was actually harder than I thought xD So I will repeat them until I'm comfortable and then move on 😄

Perspective:

Deformation:

Connection:

And I've noticed, when I'm uncomfortable with an exercise my line quality automatically sucks haha So I have to work on that too 😵‍💫🤣

Yoo those deformations are actually very good, nice job on the cylinders, the ovals in perspective look very good, and I think doing iterations with slight variations are some of the most helpful things I've gotten to doing in art so far - like in the twisted elongated cube exercise

eyy i rly like these deformations! the ones with color look especially good :smiley:

For lineart, i used to hate my lineart too lmao - what i found to be helpful (imo) is to make your brush smaller like a 2.5-ish so you can make nice thin lines then thicken them up if needed otherwise it may look too bulky to beign with. and i think its helpful to adjust your brush so that with low pen pressure, the line is thinner and with high pen pressure the brush is thicker. if you press rly hard like i do lol set the thicker setting smaller (ie not massive) so when you press you wont automatically get a blob haha :smiley:
