Yes your right the paper texture fit surprisingly good to these colors, maybe I'll use it more often in the future xD

For the monsters, the first one was just an exercise for me, where I tried to replicate Marc's example. The pumpkin is my attempt to do an own little character. It was very different, but maybe I'll do it again in the future 😄

Lovely work! I really like the line weight exercise and loving these gestures especially the ones with really strong line confidence! Keep it up!

These studies are awesome, keep it up. I wouldn’t know what to critique. I like how you vary line weight and shading as things get smaller into the background in persoective balls and cubes exercise. The varied sizes of the boxes gives that exercise a more organic feel

Like how you draw through the 3d shapes and even with your stylized character i can feel it is 3d. As for the environments the use of those key lights and just to tones to shade really adds a lot of character
