I like it. Your faces look really awesome. The feet are doodly, but don't look strange to me.
The horn is a bit strange... it looks a bit 2d I think (shouldn't there be another one on the other side)
Also the trousers sits a bit high I think (look here)
using reference is always a good idea :wink:

Thank you! And I totally agree - I need to work on adding depth to bodies (I almost exclusively draw portraits/busts :sweat_smile: ) I tried to add a bit of shadow/a horn silhouette on the other side of her head, but I think it got lost in her hair lol

And thank you for the reference!! I was trying to do a high-waist style pair of pants, buuuut i may have over done it :cold_sweat:

Howdy again!! It's been a few days :sweat_smile:

Here's another sketch! I tried to go further with it, but i've kind of lost interest in it unfortunately. Better than nothing tho! I sort of made up a little context for the shot too! I wanted to make a goofy expression, so i imagined this character to be a young pilot of sorts, practicing with their friend with new flight gear! Out of the frame, their friend just crashed, so they made a goofy face. Karma is about to get 'em tho n they're a few seconds away from eating shit as well lmao :laughing:

A lil itty bitty castle following the Isometric Crystal Tower tutorial by Sephiroth Art! It's definitely not perfect - the colors aren't the same and the angle is off (ntm i also got a lil bored and didn't actually finish it lmao) BUT I plan on doing this again soon! I've been sitting on this tutorial for ages and haven't properly utilized it yet :sweat_smile:

I hosted the worlds smallest giveaway over on instagram where I offered to do some art requests! One of the people who won requested Taranee from the series W.I.T.C.H. soooo here she is!

And another person requested their OC !! Working with color and fire is.... really hard lmao

Wow, really solid pieces here, good work!
I love your selfportrait and character art. With the tower, next time I would suggest being more deliberate with the edges - especially when the asset is going to be much smaller when used (like in a mobile game I assume), clear edges are a way to victory :smile:

I decided to take a step back from my more cartoon-y shenanigans and actually took some of all ya'lls feedback into account!! I moved back into grey scale to focus on some of my (many many MANY) facial anatomy issues AND..... I actually used a couple references for this pic.... crazy i kno
