Hey everyone :relaxed: I started with art school in September and until now I did not have much time to go through all this forum thing, but now I will be posting her, since everybody needs another pair of eyes to look at their work  I will try to help and give you feedback on your work too... I am in term 2, and I did some anatomy practice, so I would appreciate if you tell me your thoughts... I put some of ref pic next to it, but it doesn`t necessarily have to look same, I would just like to know if anatomy is good  thanks guys and I wish you an amazing day/night :relaxed:

Welcome! I suggest you focus more on the noses, I feel like you're still not understanding the planes as well, but everything else looks great, good job!

I feel like your most successful study is the first lips study. The thinner lips and noses still feel a bit more like symbols than a drawing of what you see. One thing I found useful is tracing the construction lines over the photo and then attempting your own drawing.
Hope this was useful. Keep up the good work! These studies are extremely helpful.

Thank you for your comment 😊 and I agree about noses, I did some more practice and study, I feel like it's getting better... by planes you were taking about values? I have problem with that when it comes to digital painting, it's just so harder for me to do it than with traditional painting, maybe it's just matter od getting use to screen instead of paper...anyway practice is the key 😊

Actually I did tracing on reference and then I tried to do the same on my blank paper 😅 apparently didn't work out completely well, but it is a good way to start 😊 thank you for suggestion, I will keep practicing 😊

Oh ok, I get it 😊 thanks for pics, it will be useful for sure... no worries, you are not overwhelming, I like to get costructive critiques, that's how you get better 😊 thanks again for explanation 😊

That's a great study. I see you are improving with the noses, I feel like the lips need a bit more work. The eye came out great!
Looking forward to seeing how the head study turns out.

Thanks, I really work hard on it! And I agree 100% for lips, it was really struggle, I tried to fix it, but I still don't like how it looks.

I really like what you did with the black skirt. Do you think it could benefit from giving it some thickness to the bottom rim?

Oh yeah, I completely missed that part! Thanks for suggestion, definitely it would look better. Every time I look at it again, I see sth that I missed...

Really effective. I had to zoom in to notice there clothes were drawn over the figures

Thanks, I am glad to hear that

Great study!

The mouth turned out a bit smaller than the ref picture (I think) and the upper lip can also use a bit more shadow (thinking about the planes of the face and how it is placed) but other than that I'm blown away by how similar it turned out. Congrats!

Thanks for feedback, I really appreciate it! I do have problem with the planes, I do understand them, but I have problem to paint them right way... next one should be better, I hope so

It could help to switch the reference to black and white as well.. maybe

My skeletons are getting some muscle! I actually really enjoy this assignment, and while I was drawing it, it really did stick in my head. I definitely needed an anatomy class, and I hope this will improve my drawing skills at least one level up.
I think now is time for arm workout
