Some shapes in 2-point-perspective. Instead of just drawing some random cubes I decided to construct a little scene instead. I'll call it finished now because I don't think it will ever truly be finished .

Omg I really love this!!! Can you share the one with the guidelines? I'm interested to see how it came to be

Thanks . I'll gladly share the guidelines too. Unfortunately, I had to take a picture with my phone (please excuse the bad quality) since the vanishing lines are auto generated by the program and I don't know how to save them (when I save as a Jpeg they get auto-deleted). I hope this still helps you!

Actually I can't belive that I took a picture with my phone like a cave-man xD. Here, have some screenshots. As you can see, the vanishing points are quite far off (image two). Also, I really did not use the existing lines. As you can see in Image one, krita auto generates the perspective lines around your cursor (highlighted in red). Drawing in perspective gets really easy this way.

LMAOOO XD

nice use of krita!

12 days later

Hey guys
Im back! I hope you are all fine and did not miss me too much ^^. After taking a week of vacation and visiting some friends and their baby, I finally got back home and was able to draw again. This week I started with the 2 minute gesture drawing poses, as the study guide suggests. They went kinda well and since I liked (most) of them I went ahead and did some shading afterwards. I am really not sure if i did this correctly, so if you don't mind please help me out

ooh i really like how you did the sketches and the shading!! its very clear where the light source is from your sketch!

I finally finished it . Boy that took ages. Overall I think it looks quite nicely, however the proportions mostly are off, once you lay my sketch over the original image. Still I'm kinda proud . Did not think I could get that close (after my first attemt with different paintings went horribly wrong).

Yeasterdays + todays perspective drawing (roughly an hour). The idea was to construct a church/monastry like a child would do with building blocks. Tell me if you see it . Also, again i tried to shade a bit which i hope is mostly correct. Atleast the blocks (to me) feel like they belong in one world. Cheers!

ooh that is a fun idea  it looks like it to me

Really like the lineart work Niko! Such intricate details within each one and you did a fantastic job with them!!
