Hello n__ n Im Oscar , 28 years old from Chile
I've always been into art. Since I was a kid, I started to read the Bible and take notes, developing a habit I would never quit. From there, I have taken notes from the Bible to astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson , letters from Silent Hill , the ancient buddist book Bardo Thoddol , etc I am fascinated by how art can transcend this world , like a great song .
I never though of making it my center of life but every time I entered a work, it was like vomiting asphalt onto nature for me (Soil , asphalt and concrete lab) , soon the tall buildings in the sky would start to look like graveyards burying the view of the sky. So i decided to quit . as many of you i got into other works , nothing worth for me , (beign a waiter was kinda fun )
I remember Marc said something like "copy your heroes , people that inspired you " on YT , it was like watching an open book full of ancient secrets , to make a Frankestein monster . I recently started to draw digital and after a while i feel that this plataform is like having Metallica inviting you to play with them and I haven't had a dream in a while , what if i design a monster on the level of Masahiro Ito´s Pyramid Head ? or writte a comic of Deadpool that will give peace to this character? or maybe find a team to work with , who knows, But right now my only goal is to master the basics so i can learn how to draw clean from my mind .
